Established in 2003 Our company was started by David Kain as a way to assist Automotive Dealers and Automotive Manufacturers with developing effective and progressive Internet Sales Operations. David grew up in his family’s Ford Dealership and spent 20 years working there professionally. One of 9 children, most of which worked in the dealership, he learned a great deal about working in a competitive environment and what it truly means to put the customer first in order to thrive in business. After working 20 years with his family, David co-founded and became President and COO of FordDirect.com in 2000, where he served as the recruiter and trainer for dealership’s to this unique service offered as a joint venture by Ford Dealers and Ford Motor Company. In 2003, David wanted to create a training company and provide expanded services to dealers of all brands and so he started KainAutomotive.com. We have been recognized as the Dealer’s Choice as the Best Internet Sales Training Company in America for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.
