Kudos to Toyota Scion of Henderson in North Carolina!

Toyota of Henderson is operating a small but robust Internet Department whose average closing percentage for this year is over 19%, many months exceeding 24%. The Internet Manager, Jason Pittman, attributes that increase to calling and texting every customer who has provided a phone number, sending out a lot of personalized introduction and walk around videos then moving to a very rigorous follow up system. Management engagement is key! Jason is actively involved in his department reviewing new leads daily and holding weekly Internet Process Performance Review sessions with his team to access any breakdowns in their connection plan. Their hard work and dedication has paid off, funneling in almost half of the dealers overall sales in the most recent months.
Toyota of Henderson paved the way for a successful on-line experience by first providing a solid foundation off-line. They have earned Toyota’s Most Prestigious Award, “The President’s Award”, for the last 8 years in a row. This award is presented to the Top Toyota Dealers in the Country that have excelled in providing quality Sales and Service interactions with their customers.
When the team at Toyota of Henderson is not busy at the dealership they enjoy kicking back and participating in several grassroots marketing events. They often support the local area as Corporate Sponsor through the North Carolina Hot Sauce Contest, Meet Me in the Street Events held in Downtown Henderson, Local Car Shows, Bass Fishing Tournaments for the Boys and Girls Club, Local Schools Functions, Pops in the Park, and several others throughout the year.
